Version 4? Already? Yes! The good news is that Shia Source has decided to change things a bit after receiving numerous responses displaying an indication of displeasure with the current version. The new version that is currently undergoing construction and expected to launch soon, will reorganize the resources, restructure the membership system, and amalgamate almizan.org along with the site.
The ‘Library’ section will be for the most part reorganized. The database for all the articles, stories, poems, etc. is anticipated to be pooled into one exclusive section, concurrently providing a platform for members to contribute and share their information with others.
The membership system will be restructured to accommodate everyone. Media files hosted by Shia Source will not be speed capped; rather a membership account will be required to initiate downloads. Free membership, absolutely no costs involved, will be available for all! Those members who willingly subscribed by paying the standard fee will be offered premium membership, gaining access to special information on the site and additional tools. We greatly thank these members for supporting the site and helping us attain enough funds.
The official website of the great Tafseer of the Holy Qur’an, Tafseer Al-Mizan by Allamah Tabatabai, is scheduled to migrate into the new version of Shia Source. Our content management system will provide an easier navigation system and user-friendly design for almizan.org users. Stay tuned for further updates!
